soundsound is a company creating and producing music and audio for different media such as film, TV, theatre, danceshows, games, sound identity, sound logos, online media, digital music platforms (Spotify, iTunes and others) and for live performances. As a client we collect your data as to communicate in the creative process of our collaborations (emails), we use your data for our accounting and invoice system (Dinero.dk) and we collect your contact information for our newsletter (eMarketeer.com). Also we collect information on our employees in our payroll system (Danlon.dk).

soundsound keeps most of it’s client’s data on 3rd party platforms that always have a high standard in securing their data by using standard industry practices,such as firewalls and encryption, to safeguard your personally identifiable information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, misuse, or destruction.

We hold on to your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purpose(s) for which it was collected, unless otherwise required by law. In case of a breach in one of our third party providers we will inform all of our clients as soon as possible about the security breach and also contact the Danish Datatilsynet about the breach.
